Default How to use JS Builder 3?

I am sorry but I did not understand how to use JS Builder 3.

I used JS Builder 2 with ExtJS 3.x it was quite simple and well documented here
    http://www.sencha.com/products/jsbuilder in Overview.

I tried to find some informations about using JS Builder 3 but fails.

I also want to ask:"Is it possible to use JS Builder 2 for ExtJS 4?".
    I think no.

JS Builder has no dependencies on a framework... you can compile any JS/CSS with it, you just have to manually create the JSB2 file.

    Thanks.

But what's the difference between 2 and 3 version?
And how to use 3 version?(what to install - maybe ruby, what are the commands)

Maybe there is any documentation on it, like for 2 version?

JSBuilder 3 is part of the SDK Tools which, like other CLI command tools, allows you to type 'sencha' and it will show you the possible commands.

    Thanks.

It would be good to place link on SDK on main page.
Cause at the moment the only way to know about it and for example about Sencha Market is to find
    chapter on forum.

I really forget what is sencha sdk.
