Default License Type of User Extensions

What type of licensing are ExtJs and Sencha Touch User Extensions (found in the forums) under?

    Thanks,
    Greg

In case anyone stumbles upon this very old question: The answer is that sencha's license does not cover any 3rd party UX components. Thus they have to be considered as having NO license, meaning you'd have to contact the author and ask for his or her permission to use the code (or if it is under some kind of open source license).
