Default VS 2010 unresponsive, due to many ext js files?

Whenever I remove or add the sencha library to a VS 2010 project, the IDE becomes almost unresponsive. Is this happening to other users as well? Could this be because of some sort of indexing going on in the 'background'?

I should mention that my VS 2010 also runs with the Resharper add on. So, it also could be resharper which is examining all the Ext js files.

In any IDE that will scan files will act slow as it does the indexing

Thanks. My next, obvious question, is there a way to exclude certain folders from this indexing activity? I.e. this could apply to VS 2010 or ReSharper.
