Panel refresh is not working (autoload)

Good Morning people .My panel refresh is not working, I have to rename the file so it changes occur. As if getting cached, most have cleaned the cache and refresh without giving continues.

My panel is as follows:

this.painel = new Ext.Panel({
            border   :   false,
            autoLoad :   {url:   'GUI/html/saneadores3.html', scripts: true}
        });

So the browser is caching that html file? Have you verified this using firebug? The network tab will say 'from cache'

Solution was to load the JS file to generate random number in the page that is loaded inside the panel, following example of what I'm talking about:

<script type="text/javascript" src="GUI/js/dashSaneadores.js?nocache"></script>
