    Default Ext.ux.gp.Menu

    I have published in GitHub a new component. It can show a menu sized by items count.
    I hope it is useful.

    Couple suggestions...

    Have you tried using Sheet or ActionSheet?

    Also, I see you repeating method calls like menuList.getStore()... you should cache the store onto the variable so you only do one function execution to get the store. Also on() can take an object:

    Code:
    store.on({
        scope : this,
        load  : '_storeChanged'
    });
