Default [4.1 b2] how to tell load which associations to fetch

There seems to be no attribute for the load method that will be passed to the server to tell it which associations should be included in the response.

I'm posting this here because I've skipped ExtJS 4.0 and start migrating our app from 3.4 to 4.1.
Please move it to another forum if not appropriate here.

Each record gets a get method that will return the associated data. If this is not loaded then it will fire off an Ajax call. So there is nothing to the original store to load what associations.

The whole benefit of associations is to load them nested in one call to the server, there is even an example for it in the docs but no way to tell which associations to include in the response.
