    Post onClick event is not firing in iOS

    I have upgraded today to the latest release of Sencha Touch2 (Feb 22nd release). I have a Container that displays content using the "html" config property. The html code contains a DIV tag with an onClick attribute. Clicking the DIV in desktop browser (Safari or Chrome) still works. However clicking the DIV tag in iOS or Android generates nothing. The event is not getting fired. This used to work before I upgraded. I am not sure which release I had before but it was from first week in February.

    Code:
    Ext.define('MyApp.view.ui.MainNavigation', {
        extend: 'Ext.NavigationView',

        config: {
            navigationBar: {
                docked: 'top',
                itemId: 'navigationBar'
            },
            items: [
                {
                    xtype: 'container',
                    cls: [
                        'mainmenu'
                    ],
                    itemId: 'mainMenu',
                    padding: '2px',
                    html: '<div onClick="alert(44)">hello</div>',
                    scrollable: true
                }
            ]
        }

    });

    Default

    You need to use a tap listener on an element

    Code:
    element.on('tap', funciton() {});
