    Default Ext.selection.CheckboxModel bug

the docs for this class say:

    injectCheckbox : Number/Boolean/String
Instructs the SelectionModel whether or not to inject the checkbox header automatically or not. (Note: By not placing the checkbox in manually, the grid view will need to be rendered 2x on initial render.) Supported values are a Number index, false and the strings 'first' and 'last'.
    Defaults to: 0

What i understand from this is that this will prevent the header checkbox from appearing but will still make the row checkboxes be present. Unfortunatly this makes the entire checkbox column go away.

I tried to refresh my view in the afterRender but still the checkboxes column dosn't appear.

Specifying false will not show the column at all but it should show the column just not the checkbox in the header.
