    Default [4.1B3] preventHeader not honored

    Code:
        var p = Ext.create('Ext.Panel', {
            width: 500,
            height: 300,
            preventHeader : true,
            html : 'foo'
        });

        p.render(Ext.getBody());
        p.collapse();
    Shows header....

    I think they show the header for the tool to be shown but in this case you would expect it not to be shown.

    We will look into this.

    Try move the window with preventHeader : true - b.proxy.header is undefined
    Code:
    var shadowsWindow =  Ext.create('Ext.window.Window', {
            preventHeader : true,
            border     :  false,
            height      :  600,
            width       :  800,
            resizable  :  false
        });
    shadowsWindow.show();
    The header is displayed.
