Default How to Embed Interactive CSS3 Animations in an iBook - BLOG question

"Take a screenshot of the stage area to create a cover for the animation, and rename it Default.png. This cover image will be used to show the animation in the page when inactive. Make sure its the same size as the stage."

Whats the reason this default image cannot be a different size? I need to make my full screen animation launch from a small section of a different image on the iauthor page. But when ever I do this the animation launches in to a small window the size of the default image, which cuts off most of my animation, and its also not full screen.

Really need a work around for this

As far as I know it is per Apple specification.
