Default Unanswered: Sencha not working in Touch screen Monitor

    Hello,

I have made a simple sencha application. And i successfully ran it on Desktop, IPad and Android devices.

But when i tested it on Touch Monitor in Chrome, it did not behaved as it is a touch app. It did not animate the carousel on swiping it.

The window started scrolling, as it should do in normal webpage not in sencha app.

I do not why is it now working, device was Lenevo Touch Monitor.

    Any help is much appreciated...
All the samples have been tried on Chrom 17 and above.
I may be wrong in some place as i am new to Sencha.

    Thanks.
    Akash.

This is kind of how the monitor translates the finger touch to a mouse really. You can swipe using your mouse just fine.

Please do not post the same thing multiple times. I have removed your two other posts as duplicates.

Yes, we are not having anything like mouse, but even when we try to swipe or drag , it behaves as it is trying to select something like what happens in windows selection "You left click and start dragging to create a range and select things".

I am still confused and have not got the answer.

The buttons works fine, it gets the tap.

But the drag and swipe action does not work, may be some thing is missing.

    Akash,

Using ExtJS 4.1, I see the same behaviour in Chrome 18, but it works fine in Firefox 12.

I have a Planar touch screen connected to my laptop. I tried the Image Viewer sample ("Organizing Images into Albums"). Tapping works just like a left mouse click. But dragging in Chrome does nothing. In Firefox both single and multi-select drag works. In the Kitchen Sink sample, swiping to scroll works in Chrome, but dragging the scrollbar to scroll does not.

It appears the Sencha SDKs have some major bugs in Chrome, or don't support it.

I am still stuck on the same problem. For soution I have provide buttons near the carousel, so that user clicks on it and changes the carousel items.

Still confused, is sencha missing something or webkit browsers in touchscreen works in some other way.
