    Default Chart issues with Chrome

    Hi,

    Looks like there are issues with charts and Google Chrome (18.0.1025.142).
    Using Firefox everything looks like with ExtJS 4.0.7 (see screenshots).

    When I use Chrome, in my example, the red line (which is based on a line chart that uses a specific marker config to display those lines, see code) is missing, which however worked with ExtJS 4.0.7.

    BTW maybe the way, I'm doing that is clumsy and there's a better way to display those limit lines (the red and blue one).

    Code:
                        {
                            type: 'line',
                            axis: 'left',
                            xField: 'name',
                            yField: 'workUnitsCapacity',
                            markerConfig: {
                                type: 'line',
                                width: '180',
                                fill: '#ff0000',
                                'stroke-width': 0,
                                stroke: '#ffffff',
                                height: 2,
                                x: -90
                            },
                            style: {
                                'stroke-opacity': 0
                            },
                            shadowAttributes: {
                                'stroke-width': 0,
                                fill: '#ffffff',
                                opacity: 0
                            }
    Regards,
    Markus

    Chrome 18 is a total turkey. It has a number of really fundamental bugs. Charts are severely affected but other parts of the library have been hit too. The bugs are in Chrome, not ExtJS.

    If you do a search you'll find a number of other threads in the forums about Chrome 18 problems. While the bugs may be Chrome's it is nevertheless something that Sencha dev is trying to workaround.

    Thanks for the info.

    In addition to that I face frequent crashes with Chrome (which I don't with FF), but only since a couple of weeks. Must be something that came in with recent Chrome updates.

    It's a pity since Chrome from my point of view is still faster than FF.

    Again, thanks anyway.
