What do you mean quick launch apps and what do you need custom on the toolbar?

at the bottom of a phone desktop, some apps's icons are placed, like the text message.when we tap it, it works in the same way with the text message service in the list of apps. how those quick apps at the bottom are realized?

Do a bottom docked toolbar with buttons with icons. On tap of a button, add an item to Ext.Viewport and make it active.
