A few days ago I asked them if the trial would run out (I have 6 days remaining and do have a license to Ext designer too), they promised it would not. If so, they told me to contact via this emailaddress.
Please let us know how you fixed it, as others are probably going to run into the same problem.
While awaiting an answer, you could install Designer on another computer and sign in with your existing account; it will give you a full length trial period.

I don't think so. I have it installed (on different days) on two computers and share time left for trial.
You are correct, I just checked this on my secondairy machine. I'm pretty sure at first login it showed the full trial length, but in retrospect that might have been before logging in with my account...
