    Default Change the view of a nested list item

    Hi,

    I'm new to sencha and having some problems,

    I can't succeed in trying to change the look of a nested list item, I can my data from a database, got the store and model, now i get the title of the element in the nestedlist item.

    What i would like to do is add an image and some extra (smaller) text to this item.

    Any help very welcome

    You can override the getItemTextTpl method to return an xtemplate string:

    Code:
    getItemTextTpl : function() {
        return '<div>{foo}</div>';
    }

    Hello,

    I made a custom nestedlist like this now:

    var customNestedList = Ext.extend(Ext.NestedList, {
    getListConfig : function()
    {
    var listConfig = customNestedList.superclass.getListConfig.apply(this, arguments);

    listConfig.itemTpl = ''html code ..";

    return listConfig;

    }

    ...
    this.nestedList = new customNestedList({
    ....

    Now i managed to get different text fields into one item and add an image, the next problem is that both levels of my nesterlist now have that same layout while i need the subitems to have another layout, i have no idea how this is done.

    I'm very new to this, thx for any help
