Default Submitting form with nested data

    Hi everyone,
I'm having a simple question about submitting a form that holds nested data. Ok so... I have a sencha form with simple string fields and a field which is a collection of same objects. Here are the values of my form.

    • addresses: Array (1)
      • 0: Object
        • citycode: "eeeqwe"
        • company: "ddes"
        • countryValue: "de"
        • firstname: "asd"
        • lastname: "eee"
        • shipment: true
        • street: "ases"
        • streetnumber: "asssss"
        • town: "qweqweqq"
        • __proto__: Object
      • length: 1
      • __proto__: Array
    • birthdate: Mon Sep 11 1989 21:00:00 GMT+0300 (FLE Daylight Time)
      • __proto__: Date
    • gender: null
    • name: null
    • password: "dummypass"
    • uid: "sampleid"
When I call the submit method, in the back-end(I'm using spring mvc) the simple string fields are populated in the according POJO, but the collection field is null. When I use the sencha model's save() method, the java collection field is populated successfully. So my question is can I submit nested data with form's submit action or not ?

Sure you can, you just have to encode it

    ntkonstantinov, Hi!

Could you tell me, how did you create this form with nested (hierarchy) data?
Form.Panel component work only with plain attributes (getFields() method), without asso?iated objects. Do you have workaround?
