    Default Unable to open Sencha Architect 2 and continue trial

    I was happily using the app for a few days on Windows 7. Now when I run and attempt to open an existing or create a new project, Sencha dialog disappears and the app doesn't load. I can see the exe in Task Manager, however Sencha isn't accessible. Each time I retry, a new exe is started, but can't get into it. Please help so I can continue with the trial. Re-install hasn't helped.

    Hi, just a thought, but if you are seeing an existing exe in task manager, have you tried ending that process, or better yet, have you tried rebooting? Apologies if these are obvious steps that you have already taken.

    Have the same problem. I have reinstalled without success... Any news?
    Now I will try to remove all register keys.

    We've had several reports of this happening in windows 7 after an upgrade but haven't been able to reproduce it yet. You can remove the contents of:
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Sencha, Inc\Sencha Architect 2.0\

    And reinstall and it should work.
