    Ok, I made it, thanks for everything anyway.
    This is the code for everybody else who need this requirement:

    Code:
    console.log(this);
    if (this.fieldEl.dom.readOnly == true) {
          this.getDatePicker().hide()
    }
    else {
          this.getDatePicker().show()
    }

    hey you can do this with jquery
    $('yourID').find('input').attr('readonly', 'readonly')...
