GXT3: I18N in DateField
How can I use I18N with DateField component? I've this in gwt.xml file:
<extend-property name="locale" values="es_ES"/> <set-property-fallback name="locale" value="es_ES"/> <set-property name="locale" value="es_ES"/>
What I'm doing wrong?

Which version of GXT are you using?
We are not proving translations for all locales directly. Depending on the answer of the first question we can look more deeply into it.

I added the provided code to the explorer example and that changed all the GXT provided translations (including datefield) to the "es" locale.

This is an information that was missing so far. So it only works for some cases.
This is due to the hardcoded usuage of DefaultDateTimeFormatInfo. I am moving this to the bugs forum.

I189N Missing italian translations in DataField
Hi i'm developing with GXT 3.0.1. During mt developing I've noticed that for DateField some translations such as days and months are missing.
I've looked in com.sencha.gxt.messages.client.XMessages_it.properties and i discover that it's not complete?
I'd like to report this as a bug and ask if is planned to fix it.
Thanks a lot--
