My company and our associated user accounts are Premium Members. We have a bunch of those x-credit things.
I've been using the Premium Help section on the forum for a couple months now. Sometime in the last week or two all I can see when I go to a post on the Premium Help forum is: "You need a Support Subscription to view this answer."
I don't understand how this relates to paying for Premium Membership. And having x-credits.
I'm waiting for a contact email to return (which didn't really have a topic selection related to this) and I tried calling. All the menu options had voice mail attached to them at 2PM on a Tuesday afternoon.
So I thought I'd try asking here.
Clues? Suggestions? Answers?
