Default Centralizing ST2 SDK installations in OS X

When I first started with ST2, I got bitten by issues caused by trivial SDK installation mistakes. I've also fielded questions related to SDK installation-related issues, so I decided to document the custom install I've settled with in my Mac OS X box.

There is nothing special about my setup as I just take advantage of symbolic links to separate the SDK and project files away from web server document root directories and user accounts. Maybe this information could help others when dealing with custom SDK installations that need to satisfy similar requirements: Sencha Touch 2 Installation in OS X
