Installation Problems on Mac Book Pro running Lion
I followed the Getting Started Instructions (http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2-0/#!/...etting_started) and downloaded Sencha Touch 2.0 ( GPL ).
I unzipped and copied it into my local Web Server root folder. I can open it up in the browser as follows:
No problems so far, I can see the webpage containing the documentation as expected.
I proceed to download the Sencha SDK Tools and installed them in Applications/SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-beta3, again no problem with the installation.
When I open up the terminal and navigate to Applications/SenchaSDKTools-2.0.0-beta3 and type the command 'sencha' as the documentation suggests, I get 'command not found'.
I also navigated to aptana_workspace/sencha-touch-2.0.0-gpl and tried the command there but I get the same error message.
I stuck at this point, I can't get any further. I'm not sure what I have done wrong.
Any help appreciated.
Problem solved, on the command line I navigated to to:
and typed in the following:
./command/sencha generate app GS ../GS
