Same here... too many bloody columns
Yes - Very Much
Yes - Had to tweak it
No - Maybe
Not at All!!!
The grid does scroll, but the Summary doesnt ... Even in your example the summary doesnt scroll along with the grid columns.
Am I missing something? Is there an live example of a Grid with the summary plugin, so that I can verify that if it is breaking in my deployment environment ?
this is the direct download link to the attachment i posted:
unzip that into the examples/grid folder from the official Ext download.
then access the Ext.ux.grid.GridSummary.html file to view the demo.
note that you need to run the examples off a webserver of some sort, or use @hendricd's override (found here)
and here's a screencast of the example in action:
Yes! thanks Mistix, Im gonna try your code in a few minutes and post results. And yes, I got some band-aids for my bloody columns...
Very nice plugin, but the summary doesn't scroll along with the grid columns in IE6. FF is ok!
fix for IE6:
Well the plugin works as expected, and its great, but before this, I had the groupSummary plugin, and I need both plugins together, but the configuration in the column model is the same, so I can't used them at the same time, eg. both need to have summaryType and summaryRenderer in the CM....
has anyone has this two great summaries in one single plugin?
Has anyone gotten this plug-in to work under 1.1.x? Or, is this specific to 2.0? Thanks.
