    Default Answered: Delayed Task alternative

    Hey guys,

    I want to add a splash screen to my application and for that i found the delayed task option. But i would like to use it without a delay. I mean instead of using a delay the plash screen should end when the operation is done.

    For example:
    task start --> servercall --> task end

    I don't want to use a delay because the server call can have a different time frame. Is there something similar to the DelayedTask class like Task or so?

  2. Add a listener or use a callback for when you are doing the load.

    Code:
    store.on('load', function() {....});
    store.load();
    or

    Code:
    Ext.Ajax.request({
        ...
        success : function() {...}
    });
