Default Answered: Set Pattern on a Numberfield

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on how I can set a number pattern on a number field?

When using an iOS device, number fields are reformatted so 1234 becomes 1,234.

I want to have the numeric keyboard shown, but don't want the commas.

Anyone know how to apply pattern=[0-9]* ?

  2. You will need to use a text field not a number field as the number field doesn't allow for commas. The keyboard may show other characters but it will format if you try to put a comma in there.

In ST 2.1.0 that will be release not far off I have actually added the capability to have a pattern config that you can specify to bring up a certain keyboard.
