    Default Ext.grid.RowEditor autosave

    Hey guys,

    So I'm using the roweditor plugin which is excellent. I'm just wondering if it's possible to have a function that works like the autocancel, but instead it saves? So you click a row and edit whatever you want and when you click off it it will automatically save the changes?

    Thanks

    you can set autoSync: true on your store which is bound to this grid. So when you press the Update button or enter, it will be saved automatically.

    It already saves automatically when I click update or enter. What I want it to do is automatically save when I click another row. So I'm in row A and I make changes then I click on row B and I want the changes that were made to A to be saved without having me to click update or enter.

    you can try using the edit event of the grid/roweditor:

    Code:
    grid.on('edit', function(editor, e)
    {
      // commit the changes right after editing finished
      e.record.commit();
     });
