Default Could not update Sencha Architect 2.0.0 build 442 with ERROR CODE 4

    Hi all,

I purchased Sencha Architect 2 and activated it.
The 'Update Available' dialog comes up when I execute Sencha Architect 2.

I clicked 'Install Now' then following error (ERROR CODE 4) occurred. And click 'Exit' then application closed.

    What's happend?
And if you have offline update file for Sencha Architect2 minor build, please let me know.

    [ My environment ]
    - Windows XP SP3
    - Use HTTP proxy (Allow only 80 port access.)

    Thank you

Sorry to hear that. Assume you setup your proxy info in settings?

Typically that error code means it couldn't resolve the download package. AFAIK it's just port 80

We deliver our updates via http://www.cachefly.com/
there's a speed test on the home page you can see if that works or if it times out on you.

    Dear Phil,

I already setup proxy on my environment and I could see http://www.cachefly.com/ site with browser.
I tested this speed test and result is 60610kbps. I think http connection is works fine.

    What do you think that?

Is it possible the proxy is preventing downloads? It's a .ion file which is likely unknown to your proxy

    Hi!

I got download link by sniffer and I got update file .ion from cachefly.com site.
I deployed it on SenchaArchitect2 root dir then it could be update.

I don't know what happens my environment. However, I could update it.

    Please close this ticket.
