Default Deploy should have a .ignore file

When selecting the deploy button in the architect, it deploys everything in its directory. In our case we have a .hg mercural repository and the deploy copies that as well.

It would be nice have a .ignore file similar to what mercural uses to ignore files/directories.

I'll add .hg to the default ignores.

Would it not be better to just use and deploy the files a project actually uses?

Now you have to strip a files from the SDK, etc. by hand.

Yeah a fair point. The issue is that there are tons of files that users add to the mix that Architect doesn't know about that they want deployed. e.g. images, css, js, etc ...
