Question An IncompatibleRemoteServiceException was thrown while processing this call

    Dear Sven,
We are getting following exception in the mozilla browser alone. At the same time is working properly in the IE version. Can you please check and give me the soultion for this error. It is very helpful for us.

Agreed, this is related to GWT. But we need your valuable support.

It fails to load the serialization policy file that was created on compile and uses a legacy one.

Do you have the *.gwt.rpc files in your deployment?

    Question

    Sven,
Thanks for your valuable information. Yes we have the complete gwt.rpc files list in our EAR component. We didn't face this issue in the IE browsers. We are getting this error only in the Mozilla version alone.

Hard to say without being able to debug it on my own. Please open a real support ticket in your ticket system at http://support.sencha.com and request a remote desktop session.
