    I need a label as marked above in red at top of each column in stacked column chart. Is there any config or property existing for doing the same.

    If you need to manipulate how the labels are position on the graph that's outside of what Ext already provides, you'll need to manipulate the sprite. Most of the chart components contain a render config which takes a function which you can provide your own logic to manipulate the sprite. If you need to use an afterrender listener, you'll need to call redraw() on the sprite to take the new sprite attributes.
