Please define v3 "support"
Is it Sencha's position (as implied here:
http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...stroying-twice)
that bugs will only be fixed in v3 for support tickets? When an acknowledged bug is reported, and especially when it's already been fixed in v4 so the fix is known, to fail to fix it in v3 is basically stating that v3 is unsupported.
We need a clear statement as to what the continued support for v3 entails as v4's performance continues to preclude using it.

I will get further clarification.
My personal translation is that if you file a ticket at http://support.sencha.com then the bug will be fixed. If the bug exists in Ext JS 4.x and is fixed in 4.x does not mean that the fix is the same as what is in 3.x.

Would very much appreciate an answer. It's critical to know what the real status of V3 support is. Thanks.

Thought I posted on another thread you were replying to also.
We are focusing on 4.2.0 currently and a 3.4.2 is planned for Q1 2013 for support subscribers only.

Is it the case that the only bugs to be fixed in v3 are those from support tickets? Will Win8 and IE10 support be included in 3.4.2?

Any bugs reported whether its from a support ticket or a forum thread. There is a story reported to have IE10 support added
