Default Answered: ST 2.1 - pull refresh not added to list when store is empty

    Hi,
Since I upgrade to 2.1, I've found that the pull refresh plugin is only added to lists that have store that have at least one record in them. This does not work for my use case as records may be added by other users to the server and I want users to be able to refresh the 'no records.' message with a pull refresh to see if anyone added a record/data to the server.

    Is this an intentional change?

    Thanks.

Pull refresh seems to add new items into an existing list. Can it refresh existing data ? any sample code/links/forum resource?
