Answered: typeahead flag for other ItemSelector and MultiSelector
As you can probably tell I'm new writing code in Sencha. I know that for the combobox widget, there is a flag called typeahead that will pick a selection on a list based on what the user is typing. Is there anything comparable for the ItemSelector or MultiSelector Widget?
No, the code that handles that is within the combobox and multiselect does not extend from it so it doesn't have that code itself.

I thought that might be the case, but I didn't think it would hurt to ask. Thanks for responding.
