Default Unanswered: Pushing data from java to extjs

    Hello all,

I know how to do a "GET" and a "POST" when it originates from a user action in extjs. But, what about pushing the data from java to extjs, as the data becomes available. I've tried to do a few searches (obviously searching on the wrong thing), but I've come up short. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Javascript doesn't have this ability (except for WebSockets but that isn't supported in legacy browsers). I personally use Socket.IO but it requires Flash for the legacy browsers.
