Default Ext.tree.Column no longer has a render method in 4.1.1a

    Hi,

Upgrading from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1a, we noticed that the Ext.tree.Column no longer has a renderer method. In fact, it was renamed as 'treeRenderer' instead.

We used to extend this class and its renderer method, but it no longer works when using 4.1.1a. We want to support both versions. Does anyone know why this backward incompatible change was made ? Or, if there's a clean solution we could implement to solve our issue ?

    Thanks,

    Alexandre

The renderer is still executed. In initComponent it is moved to the origRenderer property and then fired within the treeRenderer.

Also, Ext.tree.Column is marked as private.

    Thanks for the reply.

You're right. We'll try extending the renderer method then. We hadn't noticed that this class is private, so we'll try to deal with it.
