[2.1] Ext.Msg.prompt buttons hiding behind keyboard on Android 4
On iOS and Android 2,
when setting the focus into the Ext.Msg.prompt input field, the message box moves up to the center between keyboard and top to make it fully visible, including the message box buttons.
On Android 4, this isn't the case and the buttons are either hidden partially in the default prompt box where the input field is one line tall,
or in our case completely since we use a multiline (3 lines) input field.
We can reproduce this with the official Ext.Msg.prompt example (http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2-1/tou...#demo/overlays) on
Samsung Galaxy S3 - Android 4.0.4 and
HTC Sensation - Android 4.0.3
Here are some screenshots:

Thanks for the report! I have opened a bug in our bug tracker.
This issue seems not to be resolved in 2.3.1a.
It's marked as fixed for version 2.2.0 Beta 1, but with the latest 2.3.1a I'm still seeing this issue.
I'm testing using http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2.3.1/t...#demo/overlays.
