Default FireEvent from View with itemId to Controller

    Hi.
I'm trying to send event form view with have itemId to controller.
I'm using standard path with ref/control pattern.
And it doesn't work. But if I change itemId to id it works. Is this a bug? How can I use itemId in that situation?

itemId is like id but localized to a container. So if you just used something like '#someid' then it will likely look for a component with an id of someid.

Ok. You've right. But if i set ref like: ' #itemId' it works. How is that? And why it is not documented?

The hash tag is specifically used to get components by their itemId configuration.
There is a doc page on it:
