    Default [2.0.1] Can't enable text field disabled in config.

    If text field on a form (with form layout) was disabled in creation config, then you can't correctly enable it with .enable() call. It happens because Field.onEnable() tries to remove "x-item-disabled" class from the div wrapping both field and it's label, while this class is on the input itself.

    Additionally:
    Field disabled in config has only input grayed out. Label has normal color. At the same time, if you disable field with disable(), both input and label are gray.

    Default Unable to enable field - Ext JS 6 - Modern

    I am in the same boat. I have a NavigationView panel as a login screen. Once the credential fields are used to login successfully, navigation back to the view using php as below, the view reappears but the text/credential fields stay disabled. Only placeHolder present and unable to click on the field and enter text. No cursor appears.
    PHP Code:
    var panel Ext.getCmp('loginPanel');        panel.setActiveItem(0);
