NO access to premium forum even after purchasing support package
I also have purchased the support package but still not able to access the premium forum. I was asked to open ticket for the same. But it will cost credits from my account
I do not understand , why should I use my credits to resolve Sencha Access issues???
Need help urgently !!!!

Administrative and bug reports you open in the support portal will get your credits refunded.
You user account shows that you have Ext JS Premium Support and Sencha Touch Premium Support usergroups so you should have access to the two Ext JS and two Sencha Touch premium forums.Mitchell Simoens @SenchaMitch
