    Default Unanswered: Unsupported browsers

    Hi everyone,

i'm starting with ST2 and i've create a little application. Than i've installed Opera Mobile 12 Emulator on my Windows PC for trying this...but when i go to

    localhost/myapp/TouchApp/app.html

    an alert appear:

    The current browser in unsupported.

    Supported browsers:
    Google Chrome
    Safari
    Mobile Safari
    Android Browser
    BlackBerry Browser

Really ST2 does not work on Opera Mobile?? And if i want to test my application on localhost, which mobile browser can i download for windows?

    Thanks!

ST is based on Webkit. As such you have Chrome (my preference) or Safari on the desktop. With the upcoming V2.2 there will also be support for IE10 and FF.

well, that's not possible this way. What you can do is build your app with a browser like chrome. Once it is ready you launch your app in the browser of your device. When some debugging is needed on the device, you can still use f.e. weinre.
