    Default Sample to produce custom ext-all with Ant command

    As I didn't found this information before, I just share a sample to get a custom ext core.
    This target removes some unuseful classes and produces -dev and -debug version.

    Equivalent command line is the 4.2 doc

    Code:
    <target name="sencha.compile.core" description="Compile core">
    		<x-sencha-command dir="${app.dir}">
    			compile
    				--classpath=ext/src
    			exclude
    				--namespace=Ext.chart
    			and
    			exclude
    				--namespace=Ext.picker
    			and
    			exclude
    				--namespace=Ext.rtl
    			and
    			concatenate
    				--output-file=ext-all-no-charts-dev.js
    			and
    			--debug=false
    			concatenate
    				--output-file=ext-all-no-charts-debug.js
    			and
    			concatenate
    			--yui
    			--output-file=ext-all-no-charts.js
    		</x-sencha-command>
    	</target>
