Default Trying to install Sencha Cmd but getting incompatible error

    Hi,
I've downloaded Sencha Cmd from here:
    http://www.sencha.com/products/sencha-cmd/download

    and got this file:
    SenchaCmd-3.1.0.256-windows.exe.zip
    Renamed it to:
    SenchaCmd-3.1.0.256-windows.exe

and when I double click it I get this error:
    08-04-2013 14-30-31.png

If a run in the cmd I get a similar error:
"This version of C:\Users\XXX\Downloads\SenchaCmd-3.1.0.256-windows.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

    I'm running windows 7, 64 bit, ultimate

    Please advice
    Thank you

    Default

You renamed the file or extracted the file?
