Sencha Cmd v184.108.40.2066 - sencha generate app MyApp ../MyApp SLOW!
a long time ago i used the command sencha app create MyApp ../MyAppbut now with Sencha Cmd v220.127.116.116 i get this error:
Sencha Cmd v18.104.22.1686
[ERR] Unknown command: "create"
So i used sencha generate app MyApp ../MyApp but when app is done it's very slow! i remember that when i used app create was so much faster! when i use chrome inspect element i seed various .js files loaded. So, how can i create a "clean app" like sencha app create command that is not working now?

This is in development which will be loading files individually so it will be slow. Plus Cmd is doing quite a bit more work than it'd predecessors.
In my experience, the application created using sencha generate app is still pretty fast as there isn't much to it. Are you complaining on how long the command takes or how fast the application created is?

I have a relatively small app which used to compile in about 20 seconds, now it take 10 minutes to build!? It takes forever to go through the sass compile (we have a custom theme) and then another long while loading the elements of the application \App and \Src. Below are the log lines from CMD where it takes a long time to get through:
[INF] Loading classpath entry packages\sms-theme-portal\src
[INF] Loading classpath entry app
[INF] Loading classpath entry sencha-compile-temp-dir\96090fd4-4e6c-403a-8690-6fc3a8f8ac72
[INF] Building optimized concatenated output..

I have the same error appearing, but it seems like it's the wrong command to be using now. Shame Sencha hasn't updated the Getting Started documentation, very first page, for ExtJS. This isn't making it easy or useful for people to learn.

I also have the same problem before it was taking about 2 minutes to "sencha app build" but now it takes more than 8 minutes to build. What may be the problem?

We recently updated to CMD 4 and the speed have improved a lot. Apparently, CMD 3 had had memory management issue and was time was wasted in circular calls. Try CMD 4 which is now released.
