App Gallery down?

Hey all -- I have an app that I'd like to submit to the App Gallery (http://www.sencha.com/apps/submit/) but it appears to be down, or at least missing what I assume is a submission form.

Does anyone know if there's a different/better way to submit an app? Or any update from the Sencha team on when this might be fixed?
