Exclamation Sencha cmd - Layout run failed

    Hi all,
I have created an application with Sencha Architect, and compiled it with Sencha Command, following instructions in ( I generated metadata, modified sencha.cfg, and so on... )
All worked fine and the generated all-classes.js file produced no error, during several testing sessions.
    I used Extjs-SDK 4.1.3 and Sencha Command, on Windows7.

Then I switched to Sencha Command and, following same procedure, I got 'Layout run failed' message on browser console, showing me a blank page.
    I'm using no custom themes.
    Some questions arise, now:
Can I use Sencha Command with Extjs-SDK 4.1.3?
What are the changes from 3.0 to 3.1 version of Sencha Command, in compile tool?
And what are the tricks for using Sencha Command 3.1 with a Extjs 4.1.3 application?
Does using Sencha Command 3.1, instead of 3.0 version, improve loading and parsing performance of all-classes.js file?

3.1.0 should work with 4.1.3 no problems, you may want to try 3.1.1 to see if this address anything:

It's hard to say what's going on with the information given.
