Thread: IE 10 Only: Setting load mask message to null displays 'null' instead of no text.

    Looks like we cannot reproduce this. Please provide another test case to reproduce this issue.

    Default IE 10 Only: Setting load mask message to null displays 'null' instead of no text.

    In IE 10 only, setting load mask message to null displays 'null' instead of no text. Null correctly displays no text in all other supported browsers.
    Code:
    Ext.Viewport.mask({
                xtype: 'loadmask',
                message: null
            });
    Using undefined instead of null works in all supported browsers and thus seems to be an easy workaround.
    Code:
    Ext.Viewport.mask({
                xtype: 'loadmask',
                message: undefined
            });

    With the 2.2.0 release and setting message to null, IE10 doesn't show any message for me.

    Is it possible you're using a newer build of 2.2.0 than the latest publicly available one (2.2.0.381) that I'm using?

    First test is always public only release.

    I figured as much. I'm most definitely able to faithfully reproduce this issue by simply switching between using null and undefined, on that one single line in my code base, so I'm not sure what's different.
