    Ok, please make sure you post in the proper forum as this was in Ext JS 4 bugs forum.

    In Sencha Touch, there is no tabchange event, try the activeitemchange event.

        extend: 'Ext.Panel',

        requires: [
            'App.view.ClienteGeneral',
            'App.view.ClienteDelegacion',
            'App.view.ClienteContacto',
            'App.view.ClienteTarea'
        ],

        config: {
            height: '100%',
            id: 'cliente',
            width: '100%',
            items: [
                {
                    xtype: 'tabpanel',
                    centered: false,
                    height: '100%',
                    id: 'ClienteTabs',
                    ui: 'light',
                    width: '100%',

    Check to make sure the listener is on the correct component or is delegated to the correct component.
