    Default TreeModel Question

I had a general question about proper use of a Tree Model. I have a tree model and a tree store and everything works fine. My application also shows the data in a non-tree format, so I have a standard grid with a store. The store is currently using the same TreeModel that that my TreeStore does. Things seems to be working just fine.

My question is are there any known pitfalls with using a TreeModel in a non-Tree Model store? Should I use a version of the model that is not a TreeModel in a non-tree store. Thanks.

TreeModel extends Ext.data.Model, so it's only adding extra behaviour.

Short answer: no problem using it.

Thanks for the quick response evant. That was my guess as well, but figured I would check.
