    Default <textarea> control is disabled when inserted into the item template of List control

    Hi Team

    I created a List control with a <textarea> control within the item template. The created list displays the <textarea> element but it is in read-only mode.

    This occurs in Sencha Touch 2.2 and was working fine in Sencha Touch 2.1.

    It seems to work well in the desktop browser, but does not work when the User Agent is set to iPad-iOS 5.
    The 2.1 version works well in the said User Agent and the iPad as well.

    The details are as below:

    Sencha Touch version tested:
    • Sencha Touch 2.2
    Browser versions tested against:
    • Chrome 27 Windows User Agent iPad-iOS 5
    • Safari iPad
        Ext.Loader.setConfig({       enabled: true
        launch: function () {
            Ext.create('Ext.List', {
           fullscreen: true,
           itemTpl: '<div>{title}</br><textarea rows="4" cols="40"
                         placeholder="Comments..."></textarea ></div>',
           data: [
              { title: 'Item 1' },
              { title: 'Item 2' },
              { title: 'Item 3' },
              { title: 'Item 4' }
    Kindly let me know if an alternative is available.
