    Hi Ifs2008,

    Sorry that I postponed the upload of the modified file (with all my previous bugs / ideas / proposals), but I did want to resolve the last (found) bug, the last you mentioned in your list for v2.

    I still didn't find time to track it down and find a solution for it, but I will re-add the file here when I will be successfull.

    Until then, here's the file with my modifications, I suppose you included them in v2 already.

    I have to ask why do you still put as bug the filter / selection issue.
    That's been fixed and tested using that current.data.visible thing in setChildrenCheckedStatus() method. Now it should work ok. At least for me it does !

    I will come back when i will find a fix for the last bug.

    not sure why but i never got current.data.visible in my nodes at all.

    so current.data.visible is always false for me

    i did instead
    PHP Code:
    if (current.data.visible !== false) {... }[
    please verify if it works for you.
    if not - find why you have current.data.visible attr while my demo does not.
    i left console.log with [setChildrenCheckedStatus]

    Default Works in 6.X

    FYI....

    You can make this extension work in ExtJs6 by changing your css:

    Code:
    /* ExtJs4 styling for tri-state tree column */
    div.x-panel-body input.x-tree-checkbox {
        background-image:url(images/tristate_checkbox.gif) !important;
    }
    div.x-panel-body .x-tree-checkbox-checked-disabled input.x-tree-checkbox {
        background-position: 0 -26px;
    }

    /* ExtJs6 styling for tri-state tree column */
    .x-tree-checkbox {
        background-image:url(images/tristate_checkbox.gif) !important;
    }

    .x-tree-checkbox-checked-disabled .x-tree-checkbox {
        background-position: 0 -26px;
    }
    Good development work, especially as it works in 4 and 6!

    Note that I renamed the gif.
